Systematic & Holistic Coaching

“I want to love you without clutching, appreciate you without judging, join you without invading, invite you without demanding, leave you without guilt, criticize you without blaming, and help you without insulting. If I can have the same from you, then we can truly meet and enrich each other.”
— Virginia Satir

I am a systematic coach, certified yoga teacher, and founder of a female empowerment community and space near Berlin. My work follows a holistic approach, combining diverse methods and traditions to support deep transformation and healing.

Methods

As a student of Don Miguel Ruiz and Dr. Gabor Maté, I integrate Compassionate Inquiry, somatic practices, and constellation work into my sessions. This allows me to create a safe, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world, release limiting patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self.

I support individuals—especially women—through challenges such as eating disorders, neurodivergence, leadership development, career transitions, career change, burnout, midlife crises, motherhood, work-life balance, and self-confidence.

My goal is to empower you to cultivate clarity, resilience, creativity, and self-compassion while navigating life’s transitions with confidence and authenticity.

Areas of Focus:

  • Eating disorders & body image challenges

  • Neurodivergence

  • Leadership development & executive coaching

  • Career transitions & professional reorientation

  • Career change / starting a new professional path

  • Burnout & stress management

  • Midlife crises & life transitions

  • Motherhood & postpartum challenges

  • Work-life balance & integration

  • Self-confidence & self-esteem for women

  • Personal empowerment & finding your voice

  • Emotional regulation & trauma-informed support

Which of these approaches feels right for you and your situation, we will decide intuitively together after a free introductory session.

Your Coaching

I offer individual one-on-one coaching and see myself as a short-term process facilitator.

Depending on preference, the coaching sessions take place either in her practice space in Bad Belzig or Berlin.

Coaching can also be arranged via Skype or Zoom. Typically, a session lasts between one and two hours.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy; it is a time-limited form of support.

Coach and coachee meet on equal footing. Daniela creates a non-judgmental space for self-reflection.
